おひさしぶりです。
 I haven't seen you for a long time

夏風邪を引いてしまい、二週間近く休むことになってしまいました。
I got a cold in summer. therefore was absence almost two weeks.

特に何か変わったことをしたわけではないのですが、急に発熱してしまったのです。
I am nothing for no particular doing. But suddenly I has a fever.

無理をしてでも授業に行こうかとも思ったのですが、やはり病には勝てず、おとなしく床に伏しておりました。
I think go to class force. But I was lose to sick. I am quiet  ill in bed.

いまだ全快とはいえませんが、地道にがんばっていきたいと思いますので、今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。
I am still not a complete recovery. But I am hang on steadily. Please look after me.

先生方も、何卒ご自愛ください。
Please be careful of your health for teachers.
